Odette Lunettes: vintage glasses

Some people need glasses.
Some people want glasses.
But they do all want to look good.

Odette Lunettes is a brand founded by Eline De Munck, a TV host and actrice. Her passion for glasses made her ambitious for own creations, so she started her own collection.
A temporary store was opened for the launch in may. This took place in the fashion capitol of Belgium, Antwerp. The start up was a success. Support by many Belgian personalities and loved by many fashionable people, myself included.

A good product needs good advertisement and that is my cue. I adviced the campaign and designed the art work. Photography, short movie and logo were done by Eline's mate Bob, whom I collaborated with.
The goal is to attract the viewer to the product, so instead of working with setting and mood we altered the model.
While other brands use pretty eyes to lure, we created none to shock and catch your full attention towards the product.
At first it seems scary and sinister, but a moment later you'll inspect the design.

We added a tagline 'all eyes on you' to intensify the concept even more.
A thin and fixed font was needed, for a subtle use of typography.

Thanks Eline and Bob
Enjoy the campaign
